Following a trial of Drop-ins at No 65, John Brown’s hardware store, 90 High St, Nailsea, Bristol BS48 1AS will be open to receive portable items which Shedders will take back to their workshop, arranging collection directly with the customer in due course. Clocks and tools for sharpening will still need to be taken to Wraxall, or Clevedon DIY Centre from 01/03/25. This is out of respect to John Brown’s who wish to continue with their current arrangements where clock repairs and sharpening tools is concerned.

Clevedon DIY store will act as a Community Drop-in for Repairs which Shedders will collect and lisise with the customer. Portability is the key here, the same as John Browns, but there are no restrictions regarding clocks and tool sharpening.
